For your safety, please avoid consuming alcohol at least 8 hours before the activity and ensure that you are medically fit for underwater experiences, with no severe heart, respiratory, or ear problems.

Participants must follow the instructions of the professional crew at all times and avoid touching or disturbing marine life. Wearing light, comfortable swimwear is advised, and all necessary underwater gear will be provided. These guidelines ensure a safe, comfortable, and unforgettable Sea Walking adventure in the beautiful waters of the Andaman Islands.
