As per Bagpack2go.com recommendations, it is best to plan your visit to Chidiya Tapu during the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset and cooler temperatures. Carry water, light snacks, and insect repellent if you plan to stay till evening.

Please avoid swimming here as the sea has strong currents in some areas. Respect the natural environment by not littering and maintaining silence around bird habitats. If trekking to Munda Pahad, wear comfortable shoes and carry a flashlight for the return trip if it’s after sunset.
